He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Flynn Ware, on Nov. 6, 2007.
A special thank you to the 3rd floor and Critical Care nursing staff as well as the doctors who attended Mr. Ware at Stormont Vail Hospital. Their dedication and unending devotion to their patients was always in evidence and a mere thank you seems too inadequate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Washburn University Foundation, sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd, Topeka KS 66614. Online condolences may be sent to www.kevinbrennanfamily.com.
