Albert L. Ware, 76, of Parsons died at 2:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at Labette County Medical Center.

He was born May 18, 1930, in Baxter Springs to Lloyd C. and Alice (Ware) Clems. He was a client of CLASS Ltd. since 1994.

Survivors include his guardian, Marlys Shomber-Jones of Altamont; and a sister, Mary Cotter of Spokane, Wash.

He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Cremation will take place. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Carson-Wall Funeral Home.
