DOROTHY D. WARE, 70, of 1814 George Washington Drive, retired nurse’s aide, died Friday, Oct. 17, 1986. Service 10 a.m. Tuesday, DeVorss Mortuary.

Survivors: husband, Loren; son, Donald of Wichita; daughters, Nancy Jones of Everett, Wash., Norma Lewis of St. John, Janice Harness of Albuquerque; brothers, Charlie Hamit of Beatrice, Neb., Wallace Hamit of St. John; sisters, Hettie Thayer of Zenda, Helen of Valentine, Neb., Myra Martin of St. John, Carmen Kline of Whittier, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Memorial has been established with the Diabetes Association.
