Patrick Ware went to be with Jesus, Saturday April 7, 2012, in a Phoenix, Ariz., hospital. Born to Max and Connie on Sept. 1, 1963, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Predeceased by his father and grandparents. Survived by his wife, Gale; son, Matthew; daughter, Tabitha; five granddaughters all of Arizona; and his mother, Connie Ware, of Hot Springs, Ark. Private family burial was held.
