Rose Mary Ware, 68, of Gladwin, passed away suddenly, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. She was born in Saginaw on Sept. 4, 1944, the daughter of Philip and Lena (Lazzaro) Licavoli. She married George Ware in Saginaw on June 15, 1963. Rose Mary was a homemaker, living in Gladwin County since 1995, previously residing in Saginaw. She was a member of F.O.E. Saginaw Aerie 497 Auxiliary and a huge Detroit Tigers Baseball Fan. She is survived by her husband, George Ware of Gladwin; daughter, Lori (John) Hafner of Saginaw; three grandchildren, John Michael Hafner and fiancee’ Tiffany, Samuel George Hafner, and Alyssa Rose Hafner; one great-grandson, Connor Michael Hafner; brother, Sam (Mary) Licavoli; sisters, Phyllis (Nino) Mauro and Grace (Robert) Newvine all of Saginaw; and Catherine (Richard) Obuchowski of Beaverton; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Michael Ware; and brother, Lawrence Licavoli. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gladwin. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Those wishing to send an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Swan Valley Baseball or Sacred Heart Mission. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin.
