JAS. WARE OF LAYTON IS CALLED BY DEATH— Father of Former Sheriff James Ware of Davis Co., Passed Away Monday at Age of 82 Years— James Ware passed away of infirmities incident to old age at the home of his son, James Ware, former sheriff of Davis County in Layton, Monday. Deceased was a native of England and was 82 years of age. He was the father of five children, four sons and one daughter; three sons survive him. They are James Ware, George Ware, and Richard Ware. His wife and two children preceded him in death. Funeral services were held in the Kaysville Tabernacle, yesterday.
