Patsy Gail Ware, 71, Fort Collins, died peacefully in her sleep on February 14, 2009, after a 2 ½ year battle with cancer. She was born in Waco, TX. She grew up in Midland, TX. In 1957, she married Allan Ware. She was a former secretary for Shell Oil Company in Midland and an executive secretary for Core Laboratories in Houston. She was also a secretary for Wimberley United Methodist Church in Wimberley, TX. She organized a group of ladies to make Linus blankets for traumatized children while living in Fruita, CO. She is survived by her husband, Allan of Fort Collins; children, Cindy (Tim) Keefover of Arvada, Douglas (Bobbi) Ware of Arvada and Beth (Joe) Morgan of Nicholasville, KY. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church of Fort Collins. Resthaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
