Edwayne Ware Obituary, 2007

BATESVILLE– Edwayne Ware, 75, died Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at the Veterans Home in Oxford.

Services were Saturday at Wells Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Howell officiated. Burial was in Forrest Memorial Park. Wells Funeral Home had charge.

Ware, born May 1, 1932, in Carroll County, to the late Jacob Lawrence and Sabie Pinkston Ware, was retired from South Central Bell. He also served in the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Faye Quest Ware.

Survivors include: one daughter, Teresa Faye Ware Marler of Hendersonville, Tenn.; one son, Donald P. Ware of Batesville; two sisters, Betty Ware Guest of Water Valley and Ouida Ware Pollock of Batesville; two brothers, Tony Glenn Ware of Batesville and George Felix Ware of Coldwater and five grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Veterans Home, 120 Veterans Dr., Oxford, 38655.
