HEMET – Elizabeth Mattie Ware, age 86, of Hemet, died Tuesday, November 9, 2004. She was born in Santa Barbara, CA and she was a long time resident of Pomona, CA before moving to Hemet one year ago. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chauncey and Jessie Knapp. She is survived by her two daughters, Doris Yett of Ontario, CA, and Jewel Ware of Hemet and one son, Ernest Ware of Texas; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She belonged to the Women of the Moose in Pomona and the United Ostomy Association Support Group in the Pomona/Ontario area. Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory, 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet, Calif. Interment will be Monday, November 15, 2004 at Pomona Valley Memorial Cemetery in Pomona, CA at 1 p.m.
