His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hart Funeral Home, Huntington, Ind., the Rev. Alan V. Pareis officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Huntington.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Metzler -Froelich Memorial Home, Bloomington, has charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Ware was born July 7, 1904, in Warren, Ind., a son of Marley and Mary Etta Carmichael Ware. He married Katherine Ellen Wasmuth on Sept. 14, 1930, in Huntington, Ind. She died May 21, 1980.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Logan, 59 Hawthorne Road, Barrington, and Julie McClure, Mason City, Iowa; three brothers, Brice and Mark, both of Huntington, Ind.; and Worth, New Berlin, Wis.; and four grandchildren.
One brother and one sister preceded him in death. Mr. Ware, a 1926 graduate of DePauw University, was employed by Kitchen Maid for many years. Later, he owned and operated Ken Ware & Associates real estate in Huntington. He was named Realtor of the Year in the 1970s.
He was a former member and elder of the First United Presbyterian Church, Huntington, Ind., and more recently was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, Bloomington. He was a member and past president of the Huntington Republican Club.
Mr. Ware was a member of Amity Lodge 483, AF & AM, Hunt Chapter, Royal Arch Masons and Hunt Council Royal Select Masters 51 and Fort Wayne Valley Scottish Rite Bodies.
