ROSSVILLE – Charles Ezekiel Ware, 78, passed away at a local hospital Monday, March 17, 2003.

He was a lifetime resident of this area, of the Baptist faith, and retired from U.S. Stove, where he was employed for over 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Maude Ware; and brother, Henry Ware.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Eva and Sam Harvey of Lenior City, Tenn.; daughter, Janie Lunsford of Rossville; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Louise Ware of Dayton, Tenn.; son, Danny Ware of Rossville; sister, Neddie Longwith; brother, George Ware, both of Ringgold, Ga.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Leon Hullender officiating.

Interment to follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Ringgold.

Family will begin receiving friends after 11 a.m. today at W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
