James Daniel Ware, 38, of Sandwich died June 23 at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. He was the husband of Kathy Demers.

Mr. Ware was born in Norwood. He was a driver for Sharon Taxi Co. for 16 years. He enjoyed working on cars and traveling to amusement parks with his children. He was also a devoted Yankees fan.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Chris Clark of Sandwich; two daughters, Laura Clark and Jaime Demers, both of Sandwich; his father, James Ware of Ruckersville, W.Va.; four sisters, Linda Cavanaugh of Douglas, Debbie King of Boseman, Mont., Susan Ware of Marlborough and Wendy Wessels of Denver; and a brother, Barre Ware of Foxboro.
