BATESVILLE – Minnie Mae Mehan Ware, 83, retired homemaker, died of heart failure Thursday at Batesville Manor Nursing Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Dickins Funeral Home with burial in Forrest Memorial Park near here. She was a member of Goodway Pentecostal Church near here. Mrs. Ware, the widow of William A. Ware, leaves three daughters, Lavelle W. Joiner of Sardis, Melva W. Bray of Southaven and Carol W. Bryant of Marks; five sons, Milton Ware, Floyd Ware and Harold Ware, all of Batesville, Shannon Ware of Pope and Monty Ware of Crowder; two sisters, Catherine M. Woods of Weslaco, Texas, and Florance M. Cozart of Ann Arbor, Mich.; three brothers, Everett Mehan, James Mehan and Webster Mehan, all of Pope, 31 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
