Juanita Ware, 72, of Cleveland died Saturday, June 29, 2002, at Cleveland Care Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
She retired from Duracell.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Florence Tibbs; one sister, Geneva Copeland; and two brothers: Charlie Tibbs and Edward Tibbs.
Survivors include two daughters: Ruth Cox and Connie Ware, both of Cleveland; four sons; David Ware, Robert Ware and Nathaniel Ware and his wife, Ivy, all of Cleveland; and Ricky Tibbs and his wife, Kristine, of Silverdale, Wash; (loving mother to) Steven (wife Pauline) Smith, of Cleveland; one brother, Hurley “E.L.” (wife Ruth) Tibbs of Cleveland; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a very special friend to the family, Thomas Barber; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Saint James Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Edward S. Robinson officiating. Interment will be at Fort Hill Cemetery.
The body may be viewed from noon until 9 p.m. today at Patton Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
