ROBERT WARE Obituary (Knoxville News Sentinel)

 

WARE, ROBERT “BOB” WAYNE – age 80, of Knoxville, passed away on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014. He was a United States Air Force veteran, was part of the 134th Refueling Group at McGhee Tyson, and served in the Berlin Crisis. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Fay Ware; children, Bobbie Mencer and husband Mike of Knoxville, Allen and wife Amy, of State College, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Amy Loop, and husband Josh, Ashton Watson, and husband Darrell all of Knoxville, Michael, and wife Nickie, of State College, Pennsylvania; great grandchildren, Tanner, Riley, Weston, Maddix and Landon; siblings, Dean Rodgers, Sue Hurst, and husband Glen, and Wanda Moses; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 26th, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Funeral Home, with funeral service to immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 27th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Cemetery.
