WARE SR., William R., age 74, of Dayton departed this life on Monday, July 30, 2007. He was born on January 16, 1933 to the late Russell and Mary Ware in Dayton, OH. William confessed Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior at an early age. He devoted his life to preaching and teaching God’s Word. He was Pastor of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and an Associate Minister of Central Missionary Baptist Church. William is also preceded in death by (2) brothers, Murray and Frank Ware Sr.; (1) sister, Ann Jones and a special nephew, Frank Ware Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife of 53 yrs., Mary Pullens Ware; (2) daughters, Deborah (William) Brathwaite and Angela (Gregory) Porter; (1) son, William Ware Jr. (7) grandchildren; (7) great grandchildren; (1) sister, Alice Heard; (1) brother, Charles Ware Sr. and a host of other relatives and friends, including special friends, Ronald Johnson and James Tipton. Funeral service 1:00 P.M. TUESDAY, August 7, 2007 at CENTRAL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHUCH, 5160 Derby Rd., Reverend Raleigh Trammell, Pastor with Reverend Robert Hollingsworth, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at Dayton National Cemetery.
