Services for Barbara Jean Ware of Greenwood will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Century Funeral Home.

Ms. Ware, 68, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

She was a retired certified nurse’s assistant and a willing and dedicated worker in her church and community. She rendered over 30 years of service to the residents of Golden Age Nursing Home. She was a member of Greenwood Bible Fellowship Church, where she worked with the youth. Barbara lived a life that was dedicated to her family and loved ones as a mother, sister, wife and friend.

She is survived by a daughter, Jacqueline Ware of Greenwood; two sons, Tracy Ware of Greenwood and Stacy Ware of Montgomery, Alabama; three sisters, Earlean Ware and Martha Williams, both of Greenwood, and Emma Page of Petal; three brothers, David Williams Sr., George Williams and Johnny Williams Sr., all of Greenwood; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday at Century Funeral Home.

The Rev. Dr. Harold Wheeler will officiate at the services.

Burial will be in Hudson Park Cemetery.
