CALUMET CITY, IL – James Martin Ware, age 27 of Calumet City, IL, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. He is survived by his parents: Harold and Mary (nee Nemeth) Ware; sister: Alicia Ware; brother: Jonathan Ware; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins, and loved by many friends. James was preceded in death by his grandparents: Martin and Jean Nemeth, William and Edith Ware, and uncle Gerry Scherrer.
Friends are invited to visit with Jim’s family on Thursday, June 14 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15 beginning with closing Prayers at 9:15 AM at the funeral home and proceeding to Our Lady of Knock Church, 501 163rd St., Calumet City, IL for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Jim will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery in Glenwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jim’s name to your favorite Veterans organization.
Jim was employed as a grounds keeper at Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, an avid Chicago White Sox fan, and a history nut. He will be missed. www.schroederlauer.com
