Edward Ware, III, also known as Eddie Boy and Party Ball, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the age of 72. He passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 24, 1945 in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Jefferson Parish. He graduated in 1964 from Francis T. Nicholls High School in New Orleans, LA. Eddie served his country in the United States Navy. He was stationed in Adak, Alaska and on the U.S.S. Oriskany CVA34 in San Francisco, CA and received an honorable discharge in 1968. He was a terrific husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by the love of his life Ann Reichert Ware, his wife of 51 years. His loving sons, Edward R. Ware and Steven M. Ware. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Amber, Brittany, Jonah, Madison, Catherine and Jillian Ware and by great grandson Chandler Lane. He leaves behind his two sisters, Margery Ware Dolese and Edwyna Ware Head (Harry) and many loving family and friends. He will be missed but never forgotten. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Ware, Jr. and Margery Walsdorf Ware, and his brother Carlton J. Ware. He retired in 2009 from Ware Brothers Construction, an underground utilities company. He enjoyed working for Coastal Delivery Services, LLC. as a hot shot driver.
