ABINGTON – Helen Marie (Hickey) Ware, 95, a life long Abington resident, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday January 10, 2018, She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Quinn Ware Sr., and her beloved son, John Quinn “Rusty” Ware Jr. Helen was survived by her children, Mary Ann Goldie of Halifax, Jeanne Palsic of Abington, and Kevin Ware of Hanson.

One of Helen’s greatest joys was being in the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Helen was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with friends.

She proudly served lunch to Abington High School students for many years. Helen was a life time devoted member of St. Bridget’s Church in Abington.

A private service was held on January 17, 2018.
