"Martha Aaron Lunsford, 70, of 220 Aaron Lane, died Saturday,
Dec. 9, 2000.
A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Lunsford was a daughter 
of the late Jesse James and Winnie Ware Aaron, and was the widow 
of Bob Lunsford. She was retired from Solid State Electronic
Systems of Marietta.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Athens Memory Gardens
with the Rev. Buford Lockman officiating.
Survivors include two daughters, Diane Sprouse, Crawford, and
Carolyn Jeanette Julian, Deltona, Fla.; five sisters, Ruth 
Norman, Greensboro, Frances Gruenert, North Carolina, Sally 
Grace Garrison, Crawford, Margaret Savage, Wrens, and Faye 
Barrett, Blythe; five brothers, James Aaron and Milton Aaron,
both of Lexington, Hubert Aaron, Crawford, Glenn ''Dink'' Aaron,
Wrens, and Ray Aaron, Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 
16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at Lord &
Stephens Funeral Home, Oglethorpe."
