  1. @ Carolyn Duncan: Ware is also my great grandfather. There is a town called Ware Schoals Sc named after him.

  2. Clinton A. Ware born 5 August 1865 in Jefferson County West(Virginia) was my grandfather. He was a tenant farmer on Aglionby Farm(aka Gap View Farm) 3 miles north of Charles Town W.Va. He died 14 March 1944 in Charles Town, W.Va. I have been unable to locate any data on my grandfather’s parents or siblings.

Thrie daughter nancy jane (ware)anderson was my great grandmother. She was born in 1896 and died in bartlesville okla in 1972. In this article she is mentioned as nancy german of ponca city.
